This issue has been resolved. Our third party provider has solved their outage which means our services are also operating as normal again.

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing issues with our third-party provider due to today’s AWS outage. As a result, the Home screen and new Timeline features on our web platform have been temporarily disabled. IOS and Android applications are working as expected.
