A small portion of our users may have experienced longer loading times on our platform on Wednesday morning. The underlying issue was quickly identified and resolved.

On Wednesday afternoon, a major surge in traffic caused a failure in one of our servers. Due to a technical issue, a proper failover was not performed. The failover was quickly performed by hand, and steps have been taken to prevent this from happening in the future.

On Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, a technical issue caused a delay in the (email and push) notifications for messages posted on Chainels. The issue was resolved and affected users have been contacted.

WebsiteSome emails might not have arrived
The Microsoft spamfilter flagged one of our servers as being a source of spam. This has been resolved, but can take up to 24 hours to propagate fully. Mails from the Chainels system might not have arrived at some users today and yesterday.
