There was an issue which led to some Microsoft email clients (i.e. Office 365) to not receive our system notifications, starting from the 26th of December 2021. This was caused by an error in the Microsoft email filters, which also affects email notifications from third-party tools that make use of Linode cloud infrastucture like we do. Linode, Chainels, and many other parties tried to reach out to Microsoft in order to resolve this issue, but to this date to no avail.
We therefore decided to move our entire email infrastructure (at least temporarily) to the Amazon cloud, which we were already using for various other purposes as well. This move was completed on January the 6th, from which point all of our users should be receiving our emails as usual again. If not, please reach out to us via https://help.chainels.com
